SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please
note that confirmations may take up to 3 days if there are a large number of drops. Once
your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email
includes your shipping service provider and package tracking information.
SHIPPING
LOPHIEL currently offers European shipping. Applicable import duties and taxes may apply
to your order. LOPHIEL is not responsible for import duties or taxes in the destination
country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these import duties and taxes. LOPHIEL has
no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. Local laws require customers to
obtain special import permits.
Shipping to the UK: All orders to the UK must go through a customs declaration. Therefore,
additional costs may be incurred at the time of delivery. Orders will be shipped Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays.
The supplier has set aside 24 business hours for him to process orders, and in any case orders
will be processed from Monday to Friday. A tracking number for each order will be provided
to the customer at the time of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address listed
in the designated space on the box. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a
message will be left for the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they
receive their order. LOPHIEL is not responsible for non-returnability of products. If you need

SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped by DHL/PostNord and can be picked up at your local DHL/PostNord
service point.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be delivered within 4-7 days from the day you received the shipping
confirmation.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the packaging is opened or used.
