Lophiel Perfume House was founded in 2022 by Swedish-Iranian fragrance designer Ramin Norouzi, inspired by a dream his grandfather had cherished since his youth. The story begins in 1977 with a trip to the French Riviera, where Ramin’s grandfather, Mousa, met a perfumer who offered to help him create a perfume brand with his name on it, a dream that ultimately remained unrealized.

On his deathbed, Mousa recounted this journey to Ramin, expressing deep regret that he had not pursued his dream when he had the chance. He implored Ramin to fulfill this shared aspiration, to establish an exclusive fragrance house that produces high-quality perfumes, encapsulating unique experiences and personal stories in each bottle.

After the passing of his grandfather, Ramin set out on a journey to the South of France with a clear vision: to create fragrances with the finest ingredients, inspired by different emotional states of mind, characters and personalities. Through Lophiel Perfume House, Ramin seeks to transform memories and emotions into exclusive fragrances that resonate and captivate.

The name lophiel is derived from the angel of beauty. All our fragrances in the first collection the scent of angels are named after different angels with different personalities, characters and abilities.
