These terms of use govern your purchases from, and your use of, lophiel.com and any other
domain under the ownership of Lophiel AB. They form a contract between you and Lophiel
AB, Swedish company registration number 559127-0839, Skeppargatan 7, 114 52 Stockholm,
Sweden. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms
of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using
our website.
Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an electronic invoice to confirm your
purchase. It is important that you provide the correct email address when placing your order.
We recommend that you save this email to make it easier for you to contact customer service
in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
Payment
Depending on the country of delivery, you can pay with a credit/debit card via Klarna or with
other payment services offered by Klarna, such as Swish, Sofort, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay,
Google Pay etc. Klarna manage all your banking transactions, but LOPHIEL does not store
credit card numbers. Pay securely with MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX. Your payments are
processed by Klarna using secure encryption and strict banking standards. Your card details
are sent directly to your bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your
bank. There are no additional charges for card payments. If paying by credit/debit card,
terms apply from the moment the card transaction is approved. If payment is not received
after submitting your order, LOPHIEL may automatically cancel your order.
In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we
offer the following payment methods: Payments will be made to Klarna.
Pay within [14] days: Payment is due 14 days from the date of product
shipment/service availability. Full terms and conditions for the markets where this
payment method is available can be found here: UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, Finland, Austria, Netherlands.
Financing: Klarna's financing service allows you to pay for your purchases in flexible
or fixed monthly installments according to the terms stated at checkout. Installments
are due at the end of each month after Klarna presents you with another monthly
invoice. More information about Slice It, including general terms and conditions and
European standard consumer credit information, can be found in the markets where
this payment method is available: Austria, UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark,
and Finland.
Direct Transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the
Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after your order.
Direct Debit: Your account will be debited when the product is shipped/once you start
using the service or, in the case of a subscription, according to the notified deadline.
Appointments will be notified by email.
Card payments: The amount will be held on your card and will be debited once the
item is shipped, or the service is available. For subscriptions, the amount will be
debited according to the notified deadline.
Payment methods [14] Day Pay, Slice It, and Direct Debit are only available with a
good credit report. For this purpose, as part of the ordering and purchase processing,
we pass your data to Klarna for address and creditworthiness checks. We can only
offer available payment methods based on the results of a credit check. General

Ordering
Orders placed without the consent of another person or on behalf of another person will be
reported to the authorities. LOPHIEL reserves the right to change prices and correct incorrect
prices for all orders and final sales. If the price is incorrect, LOPHIEL may be forced to cancel
the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best possible way. This can be done at any
time. The consumer has the right to return the order within 14 days after receiving the order.
This right only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same
condition in which you received it.
Taxes
All prices displayed on the LOPHIEL website (www.lophiel.com) include VAT in accordance

same condition as received. If you return a product for a refund and have not paid the import
taxes and duties in advance, LOPHIEL reserves the right to deduct the import taxes and
duties from the refund amount.
